We meet via Zoom with our customer's who would prefer to meet via video. You can specify this when you book your meeting.
1.) Download Zoom here: https://zoom.us/
2.) Open up your meeting link or calendar invite from your coach.
3.) Click the Zoom link in your calendar event and it will automatically open up your Zoom window
4.) You can also open Zoom and enter the meeting ID that is provided in your calendar invite
5.) Once Zoom is open, test out your sound and camera to ensure you can hear and be heard.
6.) Join the meeting and your coach will join as well!
